Course Overview:

Our Executive Leadership program delves into the personal and professional competence of each individual and provides the opportunity to understand one’s own inventory of skills, behaviours, capability and capacity.

The program commences with an opportunity to discover personal strengths and areas of improvement and to also consider how to differentiate yourself from others. Truly knowing who you are and lifting your level of self-awareness, will allow participants to then consider how they influence others and manage their workplace relationships.

The program aims to take the more senior leader on a journey to build their influencing skills, embed critical thinking techniques and coach their team members to use them, manage business risk, build an innovative work environment, and embrace diversity within their team and the entire workplace.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel if I've changed my mind?

Notice of cancellation where at least 14 days remain in advance of the seminar date, will be refunded in full. Notice of cancellation less than 14 days from the seminar date will not be refunded. In the event of a "no show", 1 substitute seminar is permitted for the next available seminar. A $50 admin fee will apply to any additional changes. Payment will still be required for registered delegates who fail to attend the seminar without cancellation within the 14 day time frame. 

I want to attend but I can no longer make this date?

Please contact us at academy@dimarcorp.com.au and we will be able to assist you. If there is another date available you will be able to transfer at no extra cost. Additional transfers incur a $50 admin fee. 

If there are no further dates scheduled, you can elect to attend a different course. 

How do I create a new Learner Account?

To Log In to your school you have to create a new account. There are two ways to accomplish this: The first one is to simply connect with one of your social network accounts. It's the easiest way by far since you don’t need to remember yet another password. To log in, simply click on the button corresponding to the social network you prefer to use and follow the process. You will be asked to confirm your email address, so make sure that you enter a valid email address.
